Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead new sales initiatives and sales team

• Perform a high volume of cold calls, in order to secure new business

• Grow revenue base from scratch, by identifying and closing new business without territory restrictions

• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling

• Document all activities in CRM

• Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis

Required Skills/Experience:

• Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in person

• Experience as a Sales Account Executive, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Loan Officer, Personal Banker, Mortgage Officer, Advertising Sales Executive, Sales Associate, Server, Barista, Account Representative, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Restaurant Manager

• 8+ years of experience selling high dollar marketing/advertising services over the phone

• Online advertising sales background is a plus

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications

• College Degree is preferred

We offer a competitive un-capped commission package, where you can earn between 55-85K or more within your first 12 months.
